Small Group Leaders Spring Workshop

March 28th - Sunday - 5-7pm - KidZone

Twice a year (March & October) ask we everyone who has any role in leading any kind of small group at Grace to invest in their group and in themselves by attending our Spring and Fall Training Workshops. This is a time to interact with other small group leaders learning from each others successes and failures. It is a time to pick up some new skills and get some great tips on how to best facilitate your group. Our goal is to have every group healthy and for every member of a group to be growing in their relationship to Jesus. You can help make sure that this is true of your group and its members by spending two hours on the 28th getting better at what you do and also helping some other leaders get better at leading their groups. You should bring anyone in your group who leads along side you. Also invest in the future ministry of someone in your group by inviting them to attend with you.

A couple of the topics we will be exploring is:

** As a leader, what is the best gift I can give my small group?

** How can I best assure that everyone in my group is invested in the group rather than just attending?
