When we were together in March for the Small Group Leaders Tune-Up Gathering, we watched a portion of a talk by Lance Witt called "The Leader's Heart." This talk is different from the one we handed out at the tables as a gift for everyone to listen to. That talk addressed the quality of our small group meetings and was also by Lance Witt.
