2nd Saturday SUPERSIZED

Each month on the 2nd Saturday we gather at Grace at 8:30 a.m. before going out in teams to love people by helping them with household projects that they are unable to take care of on their own (usually until about 1:00). This may involve yard work or painting projects, or fixing something broken, or doing heavy lifting they can't do. This is an outreach ministry both to people in our church body and to people in our community.

On November 13th, 2nd Saturday is going to be SUPERSIZED. We have lots of our regular household repair projects, and in addition we are planning on sending out teams to rake leaves for people who are unable to do so. We will be serving at The Samaritan Women either renovating their facilities or working on their community garden projects. We are working with the Office on Aging about needs in the elderly and disabled community. This will be a family-friendly day of serving, and we are hoping every Grace family and every Grace small group (including Men's Fraternity, Connections, D-Teams, Spotlights...) will join us.
