110% in 2011

You guys know the Grouplife Department motto is "Every Person Connected - Every Group Healthy"  That is every person in the Grace Community, from the outer fringes to the inner core, connected into a healthy growing small group.  Our groups keep getting healthier and healthier each semester because of the investment of you, the leaders.  Because you are investing in your own relationship with Jesus and into the lives of those in your circle, our church is "growing deeper."

This time 2 years ago we set the goal of having 110% of the amount of adults attending Grace on the weekends, to be a part of a small group during the week.  In another words, 10% more people in groups during the week than in services on Sunday.  At that time 2 years ago that number was 67%. And as I'm sure are experiencing, Worship on Sunday has been growing during that time significantly. Last December we had reached 97% in groups. With numbers up through May & June we are at 102%.

Thanks for making room in your groups, for inviting people to join your circle.  Thanks for keeping your eye out for people who are not in groups, and encouraging them to join yours or helping them find the one that fits them best.  Thanks for you leaders who keep starting groups in your neighborhoods and inviting your neighbors who are not even coming to Grace yet.  You guys keep this up and we will reach 110% this year. You are the greatest.
